This policy explains how MoonFellow IT Solutions Private Limited (“MoonFellow”) handles personal data when you contact us or hire us for development services, use our websites, or use our software products (mainbhionline, LeadRally, BizlumoAI, BizLumo ERP). We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Contact and account details: name, email, mobile number, business name and address, and what you tell us about your project.
• Billing details: plan or project, amounts, GSTIN if you give one, and payment status. For online payments, card and UPI details are collected by Razorpay, not by us. For bank transfers, we keep the payer name and the transfer reference our bank shows us.
• Content you add: for example catalogues, employee records or customer lists that you put into a product to run your business.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages used and error logs, to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

To provide and support the products you use, process payments and issue invoices, send service messages (such as sign-in codes, receipts and important changes), prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the service, under confidentiality: Razorpay for online payments, our bank, our hosting providers, and email or SMS providers for service messages. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Data you add about others

When you add your customers’ or employees’ details to a product, you decide what is collected and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We process that data only on your instructions to provide the service.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, access is restricted to people who need it, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell you and the authorities about a breach as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. Email contact@moonfellow.com with the subject “Privacy”.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Where a product uses analytics, it is used only to understand and improve how the site is used.
