Terms of service

These terms apply when you hire MoonFellow IT Solutions Private Limited (“MoonFellow”, “we”, “us”) for development services (websites, mobile apps, custom software, maintenance and hosting), or use any of our software products (mainbhionline, LeadRally, BizlumoAI, BizLumo ERP). By accepting a proposal, paying, creating an account or using our services you agree to them.

2. Our services

• Development services: websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps and custom software designed and built for a client under a written proposal, and maintenance and hosting plans after launch.
• Software products (SaaS): online software you use through a website or app on a subscription or plan, as described on each product’s website.

3. Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at contact@moonfellow.com if you think it has been misused.

4. Prices and payment

• Development services: the price, scope, milestones and payment schedule are those in the written proposal you accept. Maintenance and hosting plans are billed in advance for the period agreed.
• Software products: plans and prices are shown on each product’s pricing page, in Indian rupees, and are paid in advance for the period you choose. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices include GST, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• You can pay online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or, for projects and maintenance plans, by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) to the company bank account shown on your invoice. For online payments, card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including impersonating another person, business or government body, sending spam, or uploading content you have no right to use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the law.

7. Your data and content

You own the data and content you put into our products. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export or ask us to delete it.

8. Ownership of client work

For development projects, once a project is complete and fully paid for, the code and design we built for you belong to you. Our own products, tools and reusable components remain ours.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep our products available and secure, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using a product at any time. We may end or suspend a service if you break these terms or do not pay. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment, ownership and liability) survive.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be sorted out quickly.
