We may also provide custom datasets, bundles, and periodic updates as described on product pages or order confirmations.

4. License & Permitted Use

Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased databases solely for your internal, legitimate business purposes, including compliant sales, marketing, recruiting, and outreach activities.

5. Compliance & Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection, storage, and use of the data comply with all applicable laws, obtaining any necessary consents, and honoring data subject rights where required. We do not provide legal advice; you should consult counsel regarding your obligations.

6. Accuracy & Limitations

• We implement quality controls and target high accuracy at the time of delivery; however, data is inherently dynamic and may change.

7. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

• Prices are listed on product pages or order forms and may change without prior notice until purchase is completed.
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes.
• Invoices and receipts are provided electronically.

8. Delivery & Access

Standard deliverables include instant download links or delivery to your registered email after payment confirmation. For custom orders, delivery timelines will be communicated during scoping. You are responsible for promptly downloading and securely storing your files.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for actual or suspected violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, non-payment, or to protect the integrity of our platform and data.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by law.
