MoonFellow IT Solutions Private Limited sells software and digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

Development services

Websites, apps and software are delivered online (live deployment, source code and access handover) on the timeline in your accepted proposal. Maintenance and hosting are provided online for the period paid for.

Software products

• Access is delivered online. Your plan is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes and always within 24 hours.
• A payment confirmation and GST invoice are available in your account and/or sent to your registered email.

Didn’t get access?

If a deliverable or your plan is not available as agreed after a successful payment, email contact@moonfellow.com or call +91 99719 49027 with your payment reference and we will sort it out the same working day.
