Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to payments made to MoonFellow IT Solutions Private Limited for development services (websites, apps, custom software, maintenance and hosting) and for our software products (mainbhionline, LeadRally, BizlumoAI, BizLumo ERP).
Development services
- You pay against the scope and milestones in your accepted proposal, so you only pay for agreed work.
- If you cancel a project, we refund any amount paid for work that has not been started. Work already delivered or in progress is charged as agreed in the proposal.
- Maintenance and hosting plans can be cancelled at any time; they stay active until the end of the period paid for, and are not charged again.
- Duplicate or wrong payments are refunded in full.
Software products: try before you pay
Our products offer a free trial or a free plan where shown on their pricing pages, so you can check that a product fits before paying.
Software products: cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing contact@moonfellow.com.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
Software products: when we refund
- Duplicate or wrong payment: if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Service not delivered: if your plan could not be activated, or a fault on our side stopped you using the product and we could not fix it, ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
- Apart from these cases, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, and we do not refund part-used periods.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@moonfellow.com with your registered email or mobile, the project or product, and the payment reference or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made within 5–7 working days to the original payment method: online payments are refunded through Razorpay, and bank transfers are returned to the account they came from. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
